I work with couples navigating conflict, emotional disconnection, trust issues, recurring relational patterns, separation, or divorce. The structure and pace of therapy are decided thoughtfully, based on what supports your desires and goals.
My approach prioritises individual sessions with each partner, especially in the early stages. This allows space for personal reflection, emotional safety, and a clearer understanding of individual patterns and needs. Joint sessions are introduced selectively, typically when there is readiness to work toward alignment, shared knowledge, or a mutual decision-making process.

Child & Adolescent Counselling With Parent Support Built In

Child and adolescent counselling with me is gentle, structured, and developmentally informed. It is designed to support young people as they navigate emotional, behavioural, and social challenges in a way that feels safe, age-appropriate, and contained.

I work with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioural concerns, academic stress, low confidence, peer or family-related challenges, and the impact of separation or change. Sessions are paced carefully, allowing trust to build while helping the child express and understand their inner world.

Parental involvement is an important part of the process. Therapy typically begins with an initial consultation with the parent(s) to understand the child’s context, concerns, and developmental needs. Ongoing guidance and check-ins are offered to support the child’s progress outside of sessions.

Reiki & Energy Healing

For emotional, physical, relational & soul-level healing

Some healing does not require words.
Energy healing is offered for times when your system feels tired, overwhelmed, or emotionally blocked, even after insight, effort, or talk-based work. This work supports regulation, release, and restoration at an energetic level, complementing psychological healing without replacing it.
Reiki sessions are offered through structured healing programs and delivered via distance healing. Each program is guided by intention and supported by Reiki-charged audios and gentle integration check-ins to help the shifts settle into daily life.
You may choose a specific focus area, such as emotional stress, money blockages, relationship healing, karmic healing, trauma recovery, or nervous system regulation, or begin with guidance if you’re unsure what your system needs. 
Each healing plan is approached thoughtfully, with respect for your emotional and energetic boundaries.
