1. Nature & Scope of Services

Shuchita Dua offers:
  • Psychological therapy and consultations
  • Integrative energy-healing services (including Reiki and intuitive work)
  • Digital products such as workbooks and self-guided resources
Therapy services are offered within established ethical and professional frameworks. Energy-healing services are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care.

Emergency & Crisis Disclaimer

Services offered through this website are not intended for crisis intervention or emergency support. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, severe emotional distress, or are at risk of harm to yourself or others, please seek immediate help from local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional working in crisis intervention.

2. Appointments, Payments & Confirmation

  • All sessions must be paid in advance
  • Appointments are tentatively held and confirmed only upon receipt of payment
  • Unpaid slots may be released without further notice
Payment details are shared clearly at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

To maintain fairness, clarity, and ethical use of time:
  • All sessions and packages are non-cancellable and non-refundable
  • No-shows are treated as sessions completed
  • Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and is subject to availability
  • Same-day bookings are not eligible for cancellation or rescheduling
Session bundles must be used within the specified validity period of 6 weeks from the date of purchase only. Unused sessions lapse thereafter and cannot be transferred.

4. Digital Products

  • All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • Access is provided immediately upon payment
  • Content is for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission

5. Confidentiality, Privacy & Digital Communication

All personal information shared during sessions or through this website is treated as strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a foreseeable risk of harm to the client or others.
Limited anonymised information may be used for supervision, learning, or service improvement.
While reasonable measures are taken to protect digital communication, electronic platforms (email, video calls, WhatsApp) carry inherent risks. By engaging in services, you consent to the use of such platforms.
Communication Boundaries
WhatsApp and email communication are used only for scheduling, confirmations, and brief logistical matters. They are not substitutes for therapy sessions and are not monitored for crisis communication.

6. Session Conduct & Recordings

Sessions may not be recorded by clients without prior written consent. Any unauthorised recording, storage, or distribution of session content is strictly prohibited.

7. Age & Consent

Services are offered to individuals 18 years and above, unless otherwise agreed upon with appropriate parental or legal guardian consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, session material, images, and digital resources, is the intellectual property of Shuchita Dua / Aariv Infinite.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial or public purposes without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
 Shuchitadua.com, Shuchita Dua and Aariv Infinite are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from the use of this website or services.
Your participation in therapy or energy work is voluntary and undertaken with personal responsibility.
