I'm Shuchita Dua. I help people find their way back to themselves.

Shuchita Dua Aariv Infinite re.program

I'm a psychologist and family therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. My work sits at the intersection of psychology and energy healing, not because one replaces the other, but because I've seen, in my own life and in my clients' lives, that understanding a pattern and actually changing it are two different things.

Reiki entered my own life during a season when I was working through something difficult of my own. Even with the psychological tools I already had, I found I needed something for more immediate relief and I found real benefit in it. Over time, I began offering it to clients who wanted it too, alongside or instead of therapy. It's never been a replacement for the clinical work. It's a tool some clients find helpful, and some don't need at all . What I actually believe: your relationship with yourself determines every other relationship in your life. Most emotional suffering doesn't begin in a crisis; it begins the moment we start abandoning ourselves to be loved, accepted, or safe. My work isn't about becoming someone new. It's about returning to who you were before fear taught you to disappear.

I built re.program - the method I use with clients - around that belief. It's not relationship coaching and it's not generic talk therapy. It's a structured way of working through self-abandonment wherever it shows up: relationships, family, work, your sense of who you are.

My Journey

I didn't enter this field from theory. I entered from lived experience. For years, I moved through personal experiences that drained me physically, emotionally, financially, and spiritually. Survival taught me resilience. Healing taught me softness. And awakening taught me alignment. As I rebuilt myself, I realised healing is not a fix, a phase, or a coping strategy. It is a homecoming.

My work today comes from everything I lived, integrated, and transformed. It's why my approach feels both grounded and intuitive, clinical and soulful. You are not met with judgment here. You are not rushed. And you are definitely not labelled.

You're met with presence, depth, and a healing space you can finally exhale into.

I do not believe people are broken. I believe they are often carrying versions of themselves that were created to survive.

I believe love should never require self-abandonment.

I believe peace is a greater achievement than happiness.

How I work

This lived experience became the foundation of re.program™ - the method I now use with every client, adapted to whatever part of life you're finding your way back to.

It moves through five stages: Recognize, Regulate, Release, Reclaim, Reconnect - a method built on returning to yourself, not becoming someone new.

Some of this work is understanding; most of it is practice - journaling, reflection, real conversations rehearsed before you have them, boundaries tried and then tried again.

There's no fixed timeline. Some stages take months. Some take longer.

What stays constant is the method, and the fact that you're never rushed through it.

If something in what you've just read feels familiar, I'd love to work with you!
